Canoeing
The region offers water sport enthusiasts numerous undiscovered rivers and streams, many of which are navigable year-round. The most popular of these include the Orlice (and its tributaries Tichá and Divoká Orlice), Úpa, Metuje, Elbe, and unusual conditions are available on the manmade Opatovice Canal from the turn of the 16th century.
